PrintSource Goes Green

PrintSource has successfully completed the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) audit and certification. The audit process verified that our business ensures that the products it uses originate from well-managed forests. The verification includes tracking the products from the forest through processing, manufacturing, distribution and printing to the end consumer, known as the Chain Of Custody. Our certificate has been awarded (SGS-COC-005883).

The FSC is an international, non-profit organization that monitors logging procedures and works to eliminate accompanying practices such as habitat destruction, water pollution, displacement of indigenous people and violence against people and wildlife.

Many companies are seeking to use “Green” alternatives in their business practices. We maintain a large selection of FSC approved stock with documentation that tracks the paper from its original, well-managed forests to our clients.
